How do I get my file?
Right after checkout you're taken to a download page for your template. Bookmark it. If you lose it, email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout.
Will a contractor contact me if I buy?
No. We don't sell or share customer information, and there are no “free quote” forms on this site.
Do the templates include local prices?
They include example unit costs you can overwrite with your own bids. The cost guides show our national ranges and a regional cost index to start from (see how we price).
What's your refund policy?
Templates are digital downloads, so sales are final once the file is delivered. But if a file doesn't work or isn't as described, email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll fix it or refund you.
